Rehabilitation sport for children
and teenagers aged 0-14 years old

We offer rehabilitation sports in different age groups.

Nemo Kids: 0 – 6 years

Rehabilitation sports for infants and toddlers can help promote motor development by assisting them in building important skills such as balance, coordination and strength. Early intervention and rehabilitation are particularly important for children with developmental delays, genetic disorders or injuries. Promotion of motor development: Rehabilitation sports for young children can help promote motor development by assisting them in building important skills such as balance, coordination and strength.

Surf Kids: 7 – 14 years

Here, the focus is on the enjoyment of movement, learning and experiencing physical activity as well as improving body awareness within the group. Motor and coordination skills (strength, endurance, flexibility, speed and coordination) are improved in a playful manner, while also enhancing social skills and concentration. Children learn to handle stress healthily and learn to assess it when it´s too much, too little and when it´s the stress just right. This istparticularly important for overweight children, those with orthopedic and motor abnormalities, posture weaknesses and lack of movement, in order to avoid further damage, not lose enjoyment and motivation and sustain participation.

Rehabilitation sports for children are suitable for those who already want to actively do something for their health and need to be inspired because it´s simply more fun within the group! The use of various small equipment such as rubber bands, balance boards, balls and much more makes this training particularly diverse and exciting.
